European Medal for DORAM Culinary Technology Centre was awarded a prestigious distinction – a EUROPEAN MEDAL for Products and Services, 21st edition. It is a recommendation issued for products and services distinguished by an institution of the greatest importance for entrepreneurs, operating with the European Committee – the European Economic and Social Committee and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (represented by the minister for UE membership).

The European Medal is a non-commercial, nationwide Polish project, organized for 10 years now by Business Centre Club, with the aid of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (represented by the minister for UE membership) and with Honorary Patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee seated in Brussels.

This distinction is awarded annually to companies operating in Poland, conforming to European standards. It is a proof of good quality and promotion of methods for its achievement, and a confirmation of a company’s innovation and dynamic development. Apart from verification of economic data and application of European legal procedures, the Committee analyses opinions of a company’s customers, which are presented in the form of references. This is a very important aspect which validates proper functioning of a company in the consumer market and confirms the attractiveness of its offer. DORAM Culinary Technology Centre is, perhaps, the only such a place in Poland, or maybe even Europe. Its uniqueness derives not only from its location, but, primarily, from the minute preparation for its function. It is a place for obtaining practical knowledge of kitchen technology, and also a place for trainings, exhibits, meetings, gastronomic competitions and a presentation centre for restaurants, confectionaries, bars and multifarious fields related to gastronomy.
