INFORMATION FOR PERSONS WHOSE DATA ARE PROCESSED BY DORA METAL SP. Z o.o.
We hereby inform you that in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and in the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - Official Journal of the EU L 119 - hereinafter: GDPR) DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. ensures standards of protection and proper handling of personal data specified in these provisions.
According to art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the GDPR, we inform persons whose data the Company has that:
1) DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. - headquarters: 64-700 Czarnków, ul. Chodzieska 27, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000125512, REGON no.: 572000178, NIP no.: 7630003707, is the Data Administrator, in whose possession it came as a result of performing contracts concluded with you or performing pre-contractual activities, documenting business operations (including issuing invoices), maintaining correspondence, substantive handling of applications, complaints, complaints and demands sent to us, as well as the use of video monitoring.
2) DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. processes personal data concerning you for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:
- to take action before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point b GDPR);
- for purposes arising from the provisions of concluded contracts (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point b GDPR);
- to document the service or contract performed, or to consider and settle complaints based on the obligations arising from the Accounting Act and tax law and to fulfill other obligations arising from legal provisions (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 point c of the GDPR);
- for analytical purposes and customer satisfaction surveys in terms of the proper way of providing services to our Company's clients and optimization of their service processes, which is the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point f GDPR);
- to update and correct clients' personal data, as well as contact clients regarding the implementation of their requests, as part of the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point f GDPR);
- for evidentiary purposes, which is the implementation of the Data Administrator's legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point f GDPR);
- in order to possibly determine, pursue claims or defend against claims being the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point f GDPR);
- in order to ensure the safety of persons and property in the administrative area of DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. through the use of video monitoring and pedestrian and wheel traffic control.
- in order to market own services and promote the Company's operations and its new initiatives among clients related to DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. contracts (legal basis: art.6 par.1 point a GDPR, art.6 par.1 point f GDPR and relevant provisions regarding electronic communication);
3) Personal data concerning you are not subject to automated decision making by DORA METAL Sp. z o.o., including profiling.
4) People whose data our Company processes have the following rights:
access to your data and receive a copy of it,
rectification (correction) of data,
deletion of data (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 17 GDPR),
to limit data processing (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 18 GDPR),
to transfer data (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 20 GDPR),
objecting to data processing (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 21 GDPR),
lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
5) DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. will store your personal data:
- for the period necessary to perform the contract / service and assert claims or defend against claims, i.e. for a period of 10 years, or until the claims expire;
- in the case of data processing for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator for a period until the objection is lodged by the data subject, subject to the need to process data until the end of the period necessary to establish, pursue claims or defend against claims;
- in the case of data processing based on the consent of the person in the event of withdrawal of consent by that person (in the absence of another legal basis for processing) or objection (we will stop processing data for the purposes specified in the declaration of consent).
In addition, we will store evidence of consent given for 10 years for purposes related to demonstrating facts in the event of any claims regarding incorrect processing of personal data by us.
6) Your personal data may be made available to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as subcontractors associated with DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data, e.g. law firms, companies providing IT services to the Company, debt collection companies, agencies for the protection of persons and property.
7) The Company, as the Data Administrator, declares that it does not transfer and does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

DORA METAL Sp. z o.o., in accordance with art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection - Official Journal EU L 119 - hereinafter: GDPR), inform you that:
1) The administrator of personal data processed for purposes related to applying for a job in the Company is DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. - headquarters: 64-700 Czarnków, ul. Chodzieska 27, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the no.: 0000125512, REGON number: 572000178, NIP number: 7630003707.
2) The purposes of processing your personal data are only related to the consideration of the candidate by a potential employer to the extent that you have made available to the Company are specified in the labor law (art. 6 par. 1 point c GDPR and art. 9 par. 1 and 2 point b GDPR) and result from your voluntary consent to the processing of the data provided for recruitment purposes (art. 6 par. 1 point a GDPR and art. 9 par. 2 point a GDPR).
3) Your personal data are not subject to automated decision making by DORA METAL Sp. z o.o., including profiling.
4) You have the following rights:
- access to your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectification (correction) of data,
- deletion of data (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 17 GDPR),
- to limit data processing (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 18 GDPR),
- to transfer data (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 20 GDPR),
- objecting to data processing (in accordance with the conditions set out in art. 21 GDPR),
- lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
5) The Data Administrator will store personal data concerning you for the period indicated in the above-mentioned labor law provisions, and if I am not employed for a period not longer than 90 days from the date of submitting by you information of recruitment nature.
6) Personal data regarding you may be disclosed to entities authorized under the law and subcontractors related to DORA METAL Sp. z o.o. - companies providing IT services to the Company, law firms.
7) The Data Administrator declares that it does not transfer and does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country.
8) Providing your personal data by DORA METAL Sp. z o.o., as a potential employer, is voluntary, but it is a prerequisite for the Data Administrator to consider my candidacy as a person interested in taking up a job in the Company.
